Kappa Sushi is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant where you can easily drop by with family and friends! By booking in advance, you can also take advantage of our popular all-you-can-eat plans. We offer great value menus on weekdays, and don't miss our side dishes like fragrant seared nigiri and flavorful seaweed miso soup. In addition to classics like tuna and salmon, we also feature original items such as the 'Kappa Gunkan'. At the first festival of 2024, "Kappa's Southern Bluefin Tuna Medium Fatty Tuna & Winter Delicious Toppings Festival," we will be offering "Southern Bluefin Tuna Medium Fatty Tuna," also known as the queen of tuna, with its fine fat and elegant sweetness. In addition, we have prepared delicious winter toppings starting from 100 yen per plate (110 yen including tax), such as "Alfonsino," a high-class fish said to be an auspicious fish suitable for the New Year, and "Hotate" from Sarufutsu Village, known as one of the leading scallop producing areas in Japan, which is packed with umami and sweetness.
The event was overseen by Kyo Tsukemono Nishiri, a long-established Kyoto pickle store founded in 1940. Under the theme of "Delicious seasonal food, served gently," the event will sell five items, including traditional pickles that deliver the delicious flavors of the natural bounty of Kyoto, sushi made with Kappa Sushi's sari and toppings, and more.

In order to provide even more delicious sushi, we are pursuing true "deliciousness" by changing the rice used for the "sushi rice," which is the basis for determining the tastiness of sushi. We use only the carefully selected "Haenuki brand rice from Yamagata Prefecture." We have carefully considered the preparation method to match the characteristics of the rice, resulting in a delicious "sushi rice." Currently used in all stores and all menu items◎
