- Car rental fees -
1 day is calculated from 24 hours after the vehicle is picked up. If the vehicle is returned after the specified time, an overtime fee must be paid on site.
Overtime fee: NT$100/hour. Less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour, and more than 5 hours will be counted as 1 day. Overtime fee will be charged according to the on-site vehicle price.

- Please be sure to fill in all the clear information on the reservation page, and the store will prepare the required vehicle based on the information.
- If you are travelling to Penghu by ferry, please fill in the ferry information and date at the flight information section.
- We are sorry that we cannot specify the vehicle model. If the above train model cannot be dispatched due to force majeure, the manufacturer may replace it with other vehicles of the same level.
- According to Taiwan regulations, each motorcycle can carry at most 2 people. If there is an overload, the motorcycle dealer has the right to refuse to use the motorcycle.
- Please select the correct pick-up store and desired pick-up location when ordering. In order not to affect other customers' pick-up and drop-off times and locations, the store reserves the right to modify confirmed orders. Please be aware of this.
- We do not provide mobile phone holders, helmets, windshields and disposable liners. Please bring your own if necessary.

To protect your rights, if any accident, theft or other incidents occur with the leased vehicle, please stay at the scene and report to the police immediately. Do not settle with the other party privately, and immediately notify the company to assist in handling the matter, otherwise you will be liable for compensation.
If all documents are not prepared when picking up the car, the manufacturer has the right to cancel the order and charge a one-day rental fee of RMB 400 per vehicle (this rental fee is calculated based on the list price).
If you fail to show up or cancel your reservation due to personal reasons or force majeure such as weather or road conditions, the cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation standard.
Taiwan's traffic safety regulations must be followed, prohibiting dangerous behaviors such as drunk driving.
