A new concept from Pietro! A casual pasta restaurant with the atmosphere of an Italian trattoria. We offer a wide variety of authentic Pietro pasta, salads, and dishes that pair perfectly with drinks, so please enjoy a relaxing evening.
The open bar-like interior is casual and warm, with a wooden interior. We have tables so you can enjoy your meal at your leisure, and we also have counter seats where you can charge your phone. Next to the cash register are a selection of commercially available Pietro pasta sauces, dressings, and soups. We recommend both lunchtime and casual dining after work.
On December 9, 1980, a small restaurant called "Yomenya Pietro" opened in an alley in Tenjin 3-chome, Fukuoka City. At a time when spaghetti was dominated by meat sauce and Neapolitan, the restaurant's concept was "what goes well with freshly cooked rice also goes well with freshly boiled spaghetti," and it incorporated ingredients such as mentaiko, takana leaf, and natto, fusing Japanese and Italian cuisine. The menu gradually became a hot topic, and by the time it celebrated its first anniversary, the restaurant had queues of people waiting to get in.
We offer fruit cocktails that will brighten up your toasts at girls' nights and parties. Our "Amaou Fruit Sparkling" uses plenty of "Hakata Amaou", a specialty strawberry of Fukuoka Prefecture, and is a drink that will make you feel the exciting strawberry aroma and sweetness. We also have non-alcoholic drinks, so even those who don't like alcohol can enjoy the cocktail atmosphere.
