Enjoy yakitori made with black Satsuma chicken by the owner, a native of Kagoshima Prefecture, who opened his own restaurant after honing his skills at a yakitori restaurant for over 15 years. We recommend the grilled thigh and breast skewers, which are chewy and packed with flavor. Try them with the soft, mellow-tasting salt from Kagoshima. Other popular dishes include seared chicken skewers drizzled in sweet soy sauce, and chicken paitan ramen, with extremely thin noodles matched with a soup made from chicken bones simmered for eight hours.
