We only offer "Rich Samgyetang" with six kinds of side dishes. We are particular about the seasoning. We blended broth from whole chicken simmered until tender, along with several medicinal ingredients including Korean ginseng, and rich chicken broth that has been simmered for 8 hours. Samgyetang allows you to enjoy chicken meat so tender that it falls apart with a spoon and soup full of richness and flavor, making it a luxurious dish where the flavors of the ingredients are intricately intertwined. Our restaurant is like a hideaway, nestled in a quiet residential area in Omotesando. The space, which was art directed by photographer Uemura Masa, has a high ceiling that gives it an open and stylish atmosphere. We also sell artwork, including photographs, in the restaurant! We only have open counter seats, so you can enjoy watching the cooking process.
