We offer a wide variety of dishes developed with an awareness of "ethnic x Japanese" to suit Japanese tastes. You can enjoy a variety of dishes, such as "Hakata Mentaiko Soy Milk Pho," a soy milk-based soup with Hakata mentaiko, plenty of vegetables, and takana that you won't find at other specialty restaurants, "Sesame Pho," made with white and black sesame seeds and plenty of minced meat, "Kobe Beef Pho," "Domestic Chicken Pho," and limited-time menu items. Please try our proud "Japanese Pho" at least once.

Our restaurant's operating company, which started as a rice milling store in 1952, has been visiting farmers all over the country to find ways to eat rice that fit the new era, and after 15 years of repeated trial and error, we have finally developed "Pho," a rice noodle dish made with domestically grown rice, with the cooperation of Niigata farmers and noodle manufacturers. Our pho, which is full of such commitment, is semi-dried, unlike the dried noodles found in Vietnam and other places, and offers a chewy texture and satisfying flavor that you won't find anywhere else.

For customers ordering meals between 11:00 and 14:00 on weekdays, we offer a service at the Kichijoji store only that will delight vegetable lovers: "All-you-can-eat vegetable toppings!" You can freely enjoy toppings of fresh vegetables such as purple radish, lettuce, and cabbage. It's healthy, so you won't feel guilty no matter how much you eat. Our "Pho" is also gluten-free, so even those with allergies can enjoy it.

The restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere with the warmth of natural wood, and offers counter and table seating. You can come alone, or with your family or friends. We also offer a kids' menu with capsule toys that children will love, so you can enjoy a meal with your children. Please try it out for lunch or after shopping.
