Our specialty is charcoal grilling. We grill not only skewers but also local and seasonal fish over charcoal.◆Private bookings accepted
We highly recommend our charcoal-grilled fish. We offer a variety of seasonal fish grilled with salt, as well as local fish marinated in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, or Saikyo miso. Our top recommendation is the Yuzu-scented grilled black gnomefish; it is marinated in a secret soy sauce blend and grilled to perfection, with the aroma of yuzu stimulating your appetite. For skewers, we recommend our homemade tsukune (chicken meatballs). Made with finely minced cartilage and a blend of beef and pork, they pair perfectly with our sauce and have a texture similar to a hamburger steak. Also, our rare-grilled Wagyu skirt steak is exquisite, giving you a luxurious steakhouse experience.
Our recommendation is "Yuzu-yaki black cod". It is marinated in a secret soy sauce sauce and then grilled until golden brown. The aroma of yuzu will whet your appetite. Please give it a try.
Perfect for after work or a party with friends. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, and the counter seats are also welcome for solo diners. The entire floor can be reserved for 15 people or more! This is our proud dish, made by simmering domestic beef (large intestine, small intestine, tripe, and cheek meat) for four hours. The base of the dish is a combination of Shinshu miso (country miso and white miso). Please give it a try.
