'Guoqiao Mixian' (Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles) is a type of noodle dish originating from Yunnan Province, China! It features rice noodles unique to Yunnan, known as 'mixian', along with raw ingredients like vegetables and Xuanwei ham, added to a porcelain bowl or clay pot filled with boiling soup and oil. The ingredients are cooked by the heat of the piping hot soup. The chicken and ingredient broth has a light, salty flavor that is easy to enjoy♪ It is also expected to have skin-beautifying benefits. Please come and try our authentic Yunnan cuisine☆
Our signature dish is Chinese hotpot, which is simmered using steam without using any water. Please enjoy the soup, which is made from water that has been filtered through the steam that comes out of the central pipe. (Chinese hotpot takes 5 hours to prepare. Advance reservations are required.)
Yunnan cuisine is packed with nutrients! It may be unfamiliar to you, but once you try it, you'll want to come back again and again! We use local ingredients and maintain the traditional Yunnan flavors and cooking methods, so please come and try it!
