* "Kuheiji Kuheiji" Junmai Ginjo EAUDUDESIR, named "Water of Hope" in French, is a masterpiece of sake with unfathomable charm. * "Dassai" Cold-brewed early tank Junmai Daiginjo 48 Freshly squeezed raw Yamadanishiki rice is used as the base for a Junmai Daiginjo made with 50% polishing, and a 20% blend of rice Daiginjo made with Yamadanishiki rice also polished to 39%. This Junmai Daiginjo is freshly squeezed, with the freshness of Junmai Daiginjo 50 polished and the gorgeousness of 39% polished.
We always have over 30 kinds of pesticide-free vegetables in stock. A luxurious dish! A variety of carefully selected salads. Simple, fresh organic vegetables that look as if they were picked on the spot!
