- Maple leaves turning red is a natural phenomenon, and there is no guarantee that the maple trees will turn red on the tour dates. A refund is not available for this reason
- The tour guide's language may change based on the group's nationality and size without prior notice. The tour may operate in English if participants are from different nationalities
- Children under 3 years old (36 months) can join the tour for free but must not occupy a seat. This does not include tickets for various attractions. If incorrect age information is provided, travelers are responsible for covering any price differences
- Vehicles will be arranged based on the final group size. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking
- The sightseeing gondola (cable car) fee is not included
- If your health condition is not suitable for trekking, do not join this tour

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
