The ropeway and sightseeing boat may be suspended due to weather conditions. In that case, only the fare (equivalent to the group purchase price) will be refunded. If we take you to an alternative sightseeing spot that requires an additional fee, only the difference in cost will be refunded.
Depending on congestion, the Okutadami Lake sightseeing boat may operate on a route from Okutadami to Ginzan-daira or from Ginzan-daira to Okutadami.
It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk from the Naeba Dragondola summit station to the Tashiro Ropeway summit station. There are some uphill sections, so please wear comfortable walking shoes. (A lift is available for those with mobility issues.)
During the autumn foliage season, roads and restaurants along the route become extremely crowded. To ensure a smooth itinerary, we may rearrange the order of some parts of the itinerary, shorten the time spent at tourist spots, or omit some locations.
Please leave the room assignment to us. As this is a large-scale accommodation facility, some rooms may be far from the public bath.
Even when booking for two or more people, train seats may not be adjacent or may be separated. Please be aware of this in advance.
A fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to the meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., plus any difference in price. Please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For requests made after that, please contact us to discuss.
Children (6-11 years old) will receive a 3,000 yen discount off the adult fare. The travel fare for infants (3-6 years old) is a flat rate of 13,000 yen. For safety reasons, a bus seat will be provided during the trip for an additional fee. However, train seats, meals during the trip, and bedding at accommodations are not included. If you wish to arrange this, the child fare will apply. (Please make arrangements up to 14 days before the departure date.)
If you are traveling with children aged 3-5 (excluding those in beds), they will not be counted in the room occupancy calculation. (For example, if you have "2 adults and 1 child aged 3-5"), please select the 2-person room option.
We do not offer shared or combined rooms. Please select a room type that matches the actual number of people in your reservation. Please note that if the number of people does not match, additional charges may apply or your reservation may be cancelled.
Riding the Naeba Dragon Gondola offers panoramic views of magnificent autumn-colored valleys with an expansive vista. The Tashiro Ropeway provides an aerial perspective of the emerald green Tashiro Lake and its vibrant surrounding autumn colors, creating a picturesque scene where the lake and mountains complement each other. The Hakkaisan Ropeway takes you directly to the mountaintop, offering a superb view of some of the best autumn foliage in Niigata Prefecture from high above, and allows for exploration of the summit shrine.
The distinctive feature of an Oku-Miyazaki Lake cruise is the opportunity to enjoy the secret mountain ranges, painted in autumn colors, from a close-up, multi-angle perspective from the water's surface. Recommended viewing spots include the rich colors of the lakeside and surrounding mountains as the boat sails across the lake, as well as the unique scenery of the autumn leaves reflecting on the clear lake water, offering a poetic experience distinctly different from viewing from above.
The 'Water Mirror' scenery of Kiyotsu Gorge is particularly captivating during the autumn foliage season. Visitors can admire the gradient of red leaves on the V-shaped canyon walls from the observation deck. Simultaneously, the clear stream perfectly reflects the gorge and the autumn foliage, creating a dreamlike 'Water Mirror' image. This combination of nature and artistic installation adds a unique modern touch and visual impact to the beauty of the autumn leaves.
Based on past experience, the peak viewing period for the 2025 Niigata autumn foliage season is generally expected to be from mid-October to early November. However, the exact timing of the full bloom can be influenced by the current year's climate factors such as temperature and rainfall, so the actual peak viewing period may vary slightly. It is recommended to check the latest foliage forecasts before planning your trip.

The hotel itself is a hot spring inn, where guests can enjoy natural hot springs and relax amidst the rich natural scenery, providing a comfortable resting place for their leaf-peeping excursions.
