- Purchase Instructions -

  • The car model is subject to on-site dispatch and the car color cannot be specified. Whether the car is available or whether the location is possible will be replied within 2 working days.
  • Passenger Information Please provide the actual driver's information.
  • Passengers using child seats are kindly requested to provide the child's birthday, height and weight.
  • If you need to rent a child seat or dashcam, please make a note when placing an order and pay on-site for a child seat of NT$200 per day; the rental of a dashcam is NT$100 per time.
  • Overtime charges: Daily rental is calculated as 24 hours. If the unit is returned overdue, a fee of one tenth of the hourly rate will be charged for overtime of more than one hour. A fee of one full day's rental will be charged for overtime of more than six hours.
  • Driving limit: The daily driving limit is 400km (except for special projects). A fee of NT$3 per kilometer will be charged for exceeding the limit.
  • Fuel level: The fuel level is based on the time when the vehicle is delivered. If the fuel level is lower than the original fuel level when the vehicle is returned, a handling fee of NT$300 per small tank will be charged, or the lessee can go to the gas station to fill up the unfilled tank.

Driving limit (payment on site)

Reminders

  • If the vehicle is hit, damaged or stolen, the lessee should immediately call 110 to report the incident to the police and notify the rental company (LINE official account: @herze.tw). Do not try to settle with the other party privately or repair the vehicle without authorization, otherwise the lessee will be responsible for all damages.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 10 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 7 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
