- Course Introduction -
The most striking landscape of a city is its architecture. Architecture is closely related to our lives, and appreciating architectural aesthetics and structural safety is one of the most important nutrients for a child's growth.
Workstations: The 'Little Architect' workshop content is quite rich. Four themed workstations will be set up in the classroom, allowing students to experience architectural construction methods hands-on, including geology, structure, design, and decoration.
Play with Earthquakes: We use the American Smart Lab earthquake simulation kit to let students understand the seismic performance of buildings under different earthquake intensities. At the same time, experiments related to soil liquefaction, building collapse, and dampers will be conducted to strengthen students' understanding of building seismic strength.
Understand Structure: To help children understand the structural engineering of buildings and bridges, they will have hands-on experience with structural engineering such as rebar tying, cement grouting, Chinese-style stone bridges, and Bailey bridges.
Build a New Home: Children will also learn to design floor plans and build their own house models by hand, applying the architectural techniques learned at the workstations to their model houses. Carnival: A construction-themed carnival will be held on Friday, where each group will plan challenge themes (extended from related courses) and serve as game masters to host students from other camps.

👉 What will we experience at the workstations?
There will be many practical operations in the workstations, such as earthquake experiments, rebar tying, and cement grouting.
👉 What can we learn from building architectural models?
After the main body of the architectural model is built, the techniques learned in the workstations will be integrated to partially construct the model. For example: painting a wall or making a cement column inside the model house.
👉 Is the professional architectural model like a toy house?
It is not a toy. We use model house materials that architecture students use.

Parents are responsible for daily pick-up and drop-off. Please pick up and drop off students on time. The latest pick-up and drop-off time is 19:00.
During the course activities, in order to keep the students and the course going smoothly, parents are not allowed to enter without permission unless there is an emergency or the organizer takes the initiative to contact.
It is recommended that students avoid bringing valuable items, such as mobile phones, electronic products or excessive pocket money, during the event. The organizer will not be able to compensate for loss, damage, borrowing disputes, etc.
If you need to take sick leave, you can refund or apply for a reservation by providing a diagnosis certificate or medical receipt. A handling fee of NT$ 200/day will be charged for sick leave refunds. If the reason for taking leave is personal, no refund or reservation will be granted.
Please note that the event footage taken during the event will be used by the organizer for free publicity.
The organizer reserves the final right to change course content and time.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
