In the event that a force majeure situation causes a transportation service to be suspended, schedules to be changed, or suppliers to be unable to deliver a pre-booked product, resulting in the need to change travel dates or cancel the trip, travelers must negotiate directly with the relevant suppliers. KKday will make every effort to assist travelers, but will not be responsible for any costs or additional expenses incurred. (including but not limited to additional hotel accommodation fees, transportation costs, and long-distance phone charges, are to be borne solely by the traveler.)
“Force Majeure” refers to situations including but not limited to: war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, severe weather conditions, technical issues with transportation, sudden changes or cancellations of services by carriers, strikes, industrial actions, or travel warnings issued by the destination government or the World Health Organization.
