The "Hourly Rental" plan is applicable to valid WeMo Scooter members who have registered with WeMo Scooter Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company).

When using this plan, once the serial number is redeemed, it will take effect immediately and start timing. Please redeem the serial number before booking the vehicle.

If you redeem the serial number after booking the vehicle or during car rental, you will not be able to enjoy the private charter car charter plan discount. Please return the vehicle first and redeem the serial number before renting the car again.

If you exceed the plan time or the free mileage limit (free mileage depends on the plan content), overtime fees and mileage fees will be charged: 3 yuan per minute and 3.5 yuan per kilometer. It is not allowed to be used in sections or required to choose the starting and ending time, and the riding coupon (gold) cannot be used as a discount when purchasing the plan. For example: the purchase plan is valid from 2024/03/28 15:00 – 2024/03/29 14:59, the actual rental time is 2024/03/28 15:00 – 2024/03/29 15:09, the total number of rides If the mileage is 50 kilometers, WeMo will charge you an additional 10 minutes (30 yuan) and 10 kilometers (35 yuan).

The hourly rental plan is not applicable to battery exchange reward tasks.

One redemption serial number will provide multiple sets of riding coupons, which must be entered and used within 1 to 4 days of the high-speed rail departure date (inclusive).

Only one ride ticket can be used for each ride. The portion of the ride fee lower than the face value of the ride ticket will not be refunded. Overtime will be charged according to the rate announced by the system.

If the validity period expires, the WeMo riding coupon will automatically become invalid and will not be refunded or converted into other forms of stored value or points.

Ride coupons cannot be resold, retailed or given to others, and cannot be exchanged for cash, change or returned. They cannot be combined with other offers and are limited to one discount per ride.

Ride coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. Ride coupons are only applicable to deduct riding fees. Inapplicable deductions include but are not limited to vehicle safety protection plan fees, dispatch processing fees, and service fees.

During the event, if the ride ticket becomes invalid due to (1) self-operation negligence, (2) failure to redeem it after the expiration date or any non-force majeure factors, the company will not reissue it.

The rental time and mileage are based on system records. Users can query relevant information in "History Records".

If there are other user plans, you can switch to "Account" -> "Plan" under the name, or you can adjust the currently used user plan in the pull-up menu after clicking the locomotive positioning point on the map page.

This plan cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded before expiration. However, this does not apply to situations such as the right of cancellation stipulated by law. The fee will be calculated according to the general plan and the riding fee will be deducted. A handling fee of NT$50 will be charged for the refund.

If you want to purchase other "private charter car plans", you must wait until this plan expires before purchasing (you cannot purchase it in the reservation/rental state).

When purchasing this plan, if the company's system operation encounters interruptions, failures, delays, data transmission or storage due to the failure of network system software and hardware equipment provided by telecommunications operators, credit card acquirers, or due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, If there is an error and the motorcycle rental service cannot be completed immediately, resulting in the delay of the trip, etc., a uniform compensation of $50 for the riding voucher will be made.

By purchasing this plan, you agree to accept the methods and precautions of this plan. If you violate, or participate in this plan with unfair, fraudulent or fraudulent behavior, the company may cancel your qualifications to participate, and for any damage caused thereby, May claim damages from participants.

WeMo Scooter reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the plan.
