- The transfer service operates 24 hours a day, every day
- For pickups or drop-offs at Chiang Mai International Airport, a surcharge of THB100 per vehicle will apply. Please pay directly to the driver
- The service must be booked at least 12 hours before the departure time

- Meet up location: The hotel pickup meeting point is at the hotel lobby. The maximum waiting time for pickup is 120 minutes. After that, a no-show will be counted, and the full charge will be applied.
- For waiting time, in case we can contact customers we will wait for them as per their request. But in case we can not contact customers we will wait for them up to 120 minutes from pick up time then will count as "no show" if it's longer than 120 minutes.
- For vehicle services between 23:59-05:59, an extra charge of THB 500 per hour will apply.
- Over time surcharge THB 500 per hour will apply.

Reminders
If the rental duration is not fully utilized by the end of the day or before 11:59 PM, any remaining time cannot be carried over to the following day or refunded.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
