The company reserves the absolute discretion to refuse the carriage of overweight, oversized, or extra-long luggage (limited to a total sum of length, width, and height not exceeding 120cm), as well as any other items deemed unsuitable for carriage at the company's sole discretion; passengers shall not object. Regarding excess luggage, the company reserves the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket. For travel to/from Hong Kong International Airport, the price is equivalent to a child ticket (or adult ticket price for routes without child fares). For travel to/from Hong Kong city area / Hong Kong Disneyland / Tung Chung Citygate Outlets, the price is equivalent to an adult ticket.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
