After getting off the Aomori Nebuta bus, you may have to walk for about 30 to 40 minutes to the festival venue. It may take even longer during peak hours.
The festival may be canceled due to weather conditions. In that case, the tour will still go ahead and there will be no refunds or discounts.
The plan is based on the information available at the moment (as of November 1, 2024). Due to requests from national and local governments, the festival may be canceled. Or the content may change. Please note.
In the event of bad weather, the tour may be cancelled, but will proceed rain or shine. If you cancel due to rain, the cancellation fee will be charged as usual. There will be no refunds even if the festival is cancelled after the tour departs.
This tour is conducted in Japanese only.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting time (10:45am) during the tour. If you arrive after the departure time (11:00am), the tour will depart.
For three or more people, an extra bed will be provided in a twin room. We cannot accept requests for specific accommodations or rooms, such as building, wing, floor, view, or room type. Please leave the room assignments to us. Please note that room layouts and views from the rooms are not uniform depending on the accommodation.
Children (elementary school students): 5,000 yen off the adult rate. Infants (ages 3 to preschool): 10,000 yen per person. If you apply as an infant, no services will be provided other than a bus seat. If you would like services such as meals and bedding, please apply as a child.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
