- Supports connection for up to 5 devices. Connected devices will share bandwidth; the more devices connected, the slower the internet speed.
- Rental billing: Charged by the day, based on the time of pickup and return.
- If you pick up the device before 20:00, it counts as one day. If you return the device before 07:00 for a return flight in the early morning, it does not count as a day.
- A deposit of HKD$500 per device is required, payable at the airport counter upon pickup. Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or Payme, and will be refunded after the device is returned. (Cash and Payme will be refunded upon return; credit card deposits are held as pre-authorization and will be automatically released by the bank within 30 days.)
- Compensation for lost device: WiFi device HKD$500, USB cable HKD$10, plug HKD$20, protective pouch HKD$20
- Overdue fees: No extra fee if returned within 2 days after the rental period ends. Beyond that, a late fee of HKD$10 per day per device will be charged.
- Signal quality is affected by location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather.
