Purchase Notice
- Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian, or the guardian must fill out a consent form in advance.
- To ensure passenger safety, the trip to Tokashiki Island may be cancelled due to adverse weather or sea conditions. In such cases, we will try our best to contact you as early as possible to offer a refund or reschedule. However, due to the unpredictable weather in Okinawa, it is possible that we will only find out on the day of check-in that the conditions do not permit travel to Tokashiki Island or departure. Please be aware of this.
- After making a reservation, you can add us as a friend in advance or check your KKday message box before your trip for emergency contact (Line/Whatsapp).
- Depending on the whale tracking situation, the activity time may be subject to change. We apologize for any inconvenience. After a whale is spotted, the observation time is approximately one hour. However, due to changes in the whale's condition, the physical condition of all passengers, weather conditions, etc., it may be necessary to return earlier than scheduled. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Please take note.
- Please note that if there are infants or elderly participants, the humpback whales will be visiting during Okinawa's winter. Winter waves are higher than summer waves, so depending on the wave conditions and safety considerations, infants or elderly people may be refused boarding on the day of the activity. If the captain refuses boarding due to safety concerns, we will arrange a refund.
- For safety reasons, pregnant or expectant guests, as well as guests who have consumed alcohol or have a hangover, are not allowed to board the boat. No refunds or compensation will be provided on the day of the trip.
- There is no space to store luggage, strollers, etc. on the vehicles and boats used for transportation. Please store them in lockers at hotels or monorail stations.
- We apologize that we were unable to provide a refund or a second boat trip as we did not see any whales that day.
- Please note that the itinerary time may be subject to changes due to sea conditions and weather conditions on the day of the trip. If the arrival time at Tokashiki Island is delayed or the stay on the island is shortened due to sea conditions and weather conditions, a refund cannot be requested on this basis.
- There is a shuttle service between Tokashiki Port and the beach, but there are no seats for young children, so adults need to hold the children on their laps.
- The activity will be conducted by diving boats, and participants will need to disembark directly from the breakwater without any other assistance. For safety reasons, we do not recommend that people with disabilities participate. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Passengers aged 0-5 and over 60 are not allowed to participate in snorkeling activities for safety reasons.
- When making a reservation, please inform us of the age of all participants. If you are booking a snorkeling activity, please also provide the gender, height, weight, shoe size, and whether prescription diving goggles are required (it is recommended that you bring your own disposable contact lenses).
- Before registering, please be sure to assess your own health condition and carefully read the precautions.
- Due to ship equipment and safety considerations, we regret that we are unable to accommodate passengers using wheelchairs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Reminders
A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Meals are not included for children under the age of 3
For safety reasons, walking on the boat is prohibited while it is moving. Life jackets must be worn at all times while the boat is sailing.
The time may be changed depending on the whale tracking situation, so please be aware of this.
Meals cannot be specially arranged for religious or vegetarian meals. If needed, please bring your own, and no partial refund will be given in such cases.
The use of drones/unmanned aerial vehicles is prohibited on board.
For safety reasons, guests who are hungover or have drunk alcohol on the day of the event will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be given. Please note.
If the captain determines that the ship can sail normally on the day of the event, but a passenger is unable to attend the event due to personal reasons such as illness or lateness, no refund or compensation of any kind will be given. Please be aware of this.
Please bring your own waterproof and cold-weather gear on the day.
When boarding and disembarking the glass-bottom boat, your feet may get wet, so please wear shoes that can be wetted and bring your own towel.
Those with mental illness, circulatory system or respiratory system disorders, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, or certain medication habits are not permitted to participate in the snorkeling activity. Participation may also be affected by the traveler's health condition on the day of the activity. If any of these conditions are discovered on the day of the activity, no refund will be issued. If you are unsure about your own health condition, please inquire beforehand.
Snorkeling activities may be cancelled due to bad weather, sea conditions, or murky water. In this case, we will refund the difference.
If the waves are calm that day, you can snorkel even if it rains.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
