We have prepared a wide variety of fun and educational experience programs for you.
 
First, you will make your own Nerikiri wagashi (Japanese sweets). You will start by coloring the bean paste.
After that, you will experience a tea ceremony using matcha from Uji, Kyoto.
Finally, you will enjoy your freshly made wagashi along with the matcha.
 
Nerikiri is a type of high-quality fresh sweet (jo-namagashi). You will use colorful bean paste to shape it into seasonal flowers or fruits.
The color scheme and balance are where you can show off your sense of style.
We use bean paste from a long-established shop in Kyoto, so you will end up with an authentic sweet.
After that, you will whisk your own matcha, and the elegant sweetness of the bean paste is a perfect match for the matcha.
