很親切的師傅與店員，儘管語言不通也願意使用翻譯教學，配有中文的菓子介紹。 我們預約的時間剛好沒有其他人，師傅與我們是一對二教學，也會教學手勢操作，但很遺憾店內購買伴手禮沒有配合免稅。

Interesting experience learning how the noodle was made. Owner also shared with us how he did it in the past. Icing on the cake is we got to skip the queue and went straight to slurping up a delicious bowl of ramen.

Sensei Fumiko is very nice. She taught me how to cook like a Japanese. She is very encouraging and pleasant to learn from. It was a rainy morning and I was lost. Relieved to see her greeting me from downstairs. She even got the same bag as I do - what a kindred spirit 😘
