- The event will end between approximately 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
- All optional excursions have limited availability and must be booked and paid for upon tour registration; walk-in registration is not accepted.
- Prices for optional excursions are for reference only. Costs are subject to change without notice, and the final price will be as listed on your confirmation.
- If the activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure or other reasons (not personal reasons), the cost of the optional activity will be refunded.
- The duration of stay at attractions/activities may vary depending on actual circumstances, and activities will proceed depending on weather conditions.
- If one attraction closes, another will take its place.
- Baggage restriction: Each person is limited to one piece of carry-on luggage.
- Tour vehicles lack wheelchair accommodating facilities

Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 10:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please arrive promptly at the meeting points during the tour. Refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to late arrivals and personal reasons
Travellers are advised to download or print out the e-voucher for offline access
Due to heightened security, many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a child is travelling with an adult other than the parents — or with only one parent, it is recommended that a notarised letter with travelling dates is to be written by the parents granting authorisation to travel. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
