Ha Long Bay

I took a shared limousine from Hanoi to Halong Bay. I was supposed to receive a notice of departure time by the day before, but it never came. I was getting impatient and kept messaging them until around 5pm, but there was no reply. I finally gave up, but when I called the customer center, they politely responded in Japanese. I was immediately contacted by the local operating company. I think they are more reliable in this regard than other travel platforms.

For the most luxurious cruise in Ha Long Bay, choose the Dolphin. The service is exceptionally warm and welcoming, with Chinese-speaking staff available throughout the cruise. The itinerary is well-planned, and the buffet offers a wide variety of options. There's also a live music performance on deck at 4 PM – a truly exciting experience!

The itinerary was well-planned and executed flawlessly. The tour guide was quite humorous and attentive; he even remembered all the group members' names – impressive! The driver was very patient and gentle, and the shuttle bus was clean, spacious, and comfortable. As for the meals, the seafood selection wasn't as extensive as expected, and the sushi rice was a bit hard. Overall, however, the food was mostly delicious.

This two-day, one-night Hermès cruise was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, with a fun and engaging itinerary. I want to thank the excellent service staff on board. Also, the deluxe family room I booked was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. Finally, I want to especially thank our guide, Mr. Lam. He was elegant, humorous, professional, and responsible; this trip was truly unforgettable because of him! He also took many free photos for us, and I must mention that his photography skills are top-notch. The photos we took on our trip looked like candid snapshots, but his photos captured our essence perfectly and are truly worth keeping!

I was a little nervous about not having any reviews, but after experiencing it firsthand, I felt it was great. Customer service responded quickly and provided excellent service. The cave was beautiful, mesmerizing, and unique. The show was great, and the food looked nice but tasted just okay. 😆 Someone will meet you at the cruise ship's meeting point. The cave's location is a bit remote, but booking a shuttle bus directly is very convenient. The bus drove very smoothly, and the journey took about half an hour. The bus will wait at the entrance, and you can see it as soon as you come out after your meal. Overall, I highly recommend it. If the food could be made a little better, it would be perfect.
