We hired a car for two consecutive days, and the company arranged the same driver, which made communication easy. The car was new, spacious, and very comfortable. We would definitely hire a car for our next trip.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the zoning is good and friendly. It's a great place to dine with family and friends.

What I found interesting was the announcements in Chinese, Taiwanese, Hakka, English, and indigenous languages, which accompanied the station's destination signs. I even recorded them! There was so much to enjoy, including the railway diorama, the Chu-Kuang Express passenger cars, and the station ticket gates. I spent about an hour and a half leisurely looking around.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent; they were very efficient at clearing plates and tables. The only downside was that the "All-You-Can-Eat Wagyu Beef" was an optional extra; we only found out when we arrived. There were three options: the Wagyu beef nigiri sushi was delicious, the curry was also good, but the Wagyu beef rice bowl was just average, and the rice was cold when it arrived, so the service was a bit slow. Only the Wagyu beef nigiri sushi was served relatively quickly.

Nice place for the family. Good range of attractions.

My family of 2 adults and a 2 year old stayed at the grand Sheraton for 2 nights in Taipei and we had an amazing time. The room was clean and spacious, the play area was fun and had loads of activities for my 2 year old! And the buffet breakfast was something the adults looked forward to! Would highly recommend this booking if you have young children as it was an unforgettable experience
