Our tour from Taipei to Yilan was very smooth, and our driver, Mr. Zhang, enthusiastically recommended attractions at each one. His extensive experience made our trip much easier.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the environment was comfortable, spacious and clean, the food portions were generous and of very high quality, making for a very good experience. Booking through KKday allowed for quick and convenient seating! I'll definitely buy from them again!

I'm Japanese. I can't speak any Chinese at all, so I made a reservation hoping I could manage somehow using my smartphone. When I mentioned this when making the reservation, they apparently called someone who could speak Japanese... I felt a little guilty, but I was also very grateful and happy. They said their Japanese had gotten worse since they were students, but that wasn't the case at all, and I was happy that we could talk about various things. They also told me about nearby restaurants and sightseeing spots. The shop had a wonderful atmosphere, and I secretly thought I could just sit there and relax for hours. Regarding the perfume, there was a video, and it seems you can select foreign language subtitles, so it was mostly fine even though I don't understand Chinese. (I did ask questions about a few things I didn't understand.) When I was hesitating, they gave me advice, and as expected of a professional, the scent became more refined, and I decided on that. It's a lovely scent, so I'm using it little by little because I don't want to waste it. The bottle and bag are also cute, and just looking at them brings back memories and makes me happy. Thank you very much.

I booked this treatment at the end of my trip because I didn't want to go home sweaty since my flight was around 8 PM. It was a hot day and I was sweating from the morning, but they gave me a massage while thoroughly washing my feet, arms, décolleté, and face. It felt even better than I could have imagined. I was able to return home feeling refreshed and clean.

The most thoughtful touch was the water dispenser on every floor! This was a huge blessing for us traveling with family; it was incredibly convenient to have warm water or make tea whenever we wanted, without having to go far to find water or carry around bottled water. ✨️ The excellent location, tranquil environment, and these thoughtful details really enhanced our family trip. If you're planning a family trip to Taipei, the Keta Grand Hotel is definitely a great accommodation choice!
