The nail technician was very friendly and great. I really liked her designs and skills. Highly recommend her; I've become her go-to nail technician.

It's right in front of Exit 9 of the station, so you don't get wet in the rain, which is very convenient. The front desk is on the 9th floor and has a calm interior with a black base. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, so I just wanted to leave my luggage, but they said I could check in early if I wrote a review, so I agreed. I was able to check in without any problems. The room was clean, there were no smells in the bathroom or room, and I had a comfortable stay. Stylish hotels often have dim lighting, but this one was bright, and there was lighting where I needed it, which was very convenient. The room cleaning was also quick, and I was surprised that it was finished when I came back after going out for a bit before heading out properly! (At some foreign-owned hotels, the cleaning is not finished even in the evening, so I was able to rest when I wanted to...) I wanted to go out and about during my short stay, but this hotel was so comfortable that I wanted to spend my time relaxing in the room (lol).

The place for taking ID photos is conveniently located near Exit 1 of Hongdae Station. The photographer will take multiple photos with professional advice and then give customers a choice. The assistant also speaks Mandarin and helps with the shooting. It was a good experience.

It's easy to make; you can follow the instructional video provided on-site. The staff will cater to your desired flavors and help you confirm the proportions of each ingredient. They are very attentive and gentle, and it's also suitable as a gift!

Serena and all the staff, thank you for everything. This was my first visit from overseas, and I was extremely satisfied with the service from booking and check-in to the treatment itself. I would recommend this place to travelers as well. The massage while taking a head shower was especially relaxing. Thank you for this valuable experience.
