The Louvre is so vast, and listening to the boring audio guides, even in Chinese, always made me feel drowsy, or I simply didn't know which parts to visit. I'm so glad, and I strongly recommend, that everyone find a Chinese-language guided tour. If it's a Victor Hugo tour, you'll have a very enriching two-hour experience. It's not that I can't understand the English, but a Chinese-language guide can add vocabulary and comparisons from a Chinese-speaking perspective. In short, you'll absolutely regret it if you don't take a guided tour.
Easy to get: The location is easy to find, within walking distance of the Admiralty and the Orangerie. Convenient: The four-day calculation starts at 96 hours from the first swipe, so you won't waste much time no matter what time you land. Easy to use: It's small, about the size of a transportation card, and it lists the places you can go. You can check this if you haven't done your research. Fast: It's like a fast pass; I even got into the Louvre without waiting in line, but remember to book in advance. Also, please note that climbing to the top of Notre Dame and entering the cathedral require two separate reservations, so make sure you check carefully.
I tried to make a reservation through the official website but it was difficult, so I used this site. I was able to pay easily in Japanese and enter without any problems! I highly recommend it. It was crowded by mid-afternoon!
