The driver was incredibly kind. Although it was snowing heavily in Paris, the entire trip went smoothly without any delays. I highly recommend him to anyone who doesn't want to take public transport and is worried about missing their train or not being able to get back.
Customer service responded promptly; after I placed my order, they added me to a group chat to notify me of the meeting point and time. Having only seen the Louvre in textbooks, this was my first time seeing it in person, and it was truly much more magnificent and awe-inspiring than I had imagined. Our guide, Ms. Jia, was also excellent; she knew every detail of the Louvre inside and out and answered all our questions. Five stars!
You can have a great time exploring Parisian museums, but you really need to do your research beforehand and don't forget to book tickets for popular attractions like the Louvre and the Chapel of Saints.
I had trouble making a reservation through the official website, so I used this service at the last minute, but it turned out to be a very good experience. 1) There is a group line for admission, so you don't have to wait in a long line. 2) The guide said that he wouldn't give any explanations and would just take you to the Mona Lisa, but in fact he walked slowly to the main works. 3) It was possible to join him after viewing the Mona Lisa. This time, we were guided by a man named ROSA, who was very kind and able to understand my poor English. I was really grateful. Although it was all in English, he spoke clearly, so I think people who understand a certain level of English won't have any problems.
