Bluey, the company behind Go West, is fantastic; their explanations are detailed and humorous. If you're confident in your English, I recommend choosing an English-speaking guide for a more immersive travel experience.
The zoo is ideally located between Apollo Bay and the Twelve Apostles. Once inside, the entire tour is self-guided. Kangaroos are everywhere; if you crouch down, they'll come over for food—selfies are a breeze! We also saw koalas, wombats, and emus. The guide was very attentive and kept the pace excellent, allowing ample time for the Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge. A perfect combination of natural wonders and adorable Australian animals—five-star recommendation!
Due to rain on the day of departure, the tour leader arrived at the meeting point a little late. Tour leader Johnson was very enthusiastic and provided detailed introductions to the attractions along the way. He also combined the historical dates of the Australian attractions with the historical content that Taiwanese tourists had learned, so that the travelers could better understand the timeline of each attraction. We are very grateful to the tour leader for making our trip a great experience.
