The responses to private messages sent to the travel agency before and during the trip were very quick and friendly, but the driver was clearly misinformed! The driver had no idea about the boat return, the koala photo, and the commemorative coins included in the itinerary. He only contacted his agency to confirm the details when the tour members informed him (with proof of purchase). The back-and-forth to confirm the time, especially for the koala photo, left everyone waiting at the zoo entrance for 30 to 40 minutes. The driver was very considerate and automatically extended the zoo activity time, but that didn't make up for the wasted time. 👎🏻 The commemorative coins were a cover-up and were never mentioned from beginning to end. They shouldn't have put them on the product page to attract customers.👎🏻 The originally booked group only had 11 people, and they were unexpectedly upgraded to a comfortable minibus.👍🏻 The entire trip was on time, the itinerary was tight and rich, so if you want a leisurely and relaxing itinerary, please think twice before booking. Pick up the first stop in the city at 8 o'clock. Depart from the city center after picking up the group members at 8:45 (some people are late). Stop for a rest stop for 15 minutes at 9:45. 10:45-12:00 Blue Mountains Scenic Area. 12:05-12:20 Echo Valley. 12:50-13:50 Leura Town for lunch (at your own expense). 14:40-15:15 Arrive at the zoo to handle ticketing. 15:15-16:15 Sydney Zoo. 16:50 Olympic Ferry Station (others asked the driver to take them back to the hotel). 👏The driver, Joeson Li, communicated smoothly in Chinese and helped solve any problems. He drove very steadily so that everyone could get some sleep on the bus. He also introduced the attractions professionally during the ride. After helping everyone deal with the tickets, although he did not follow us into every scenic spot, he was very responsible and repeatedly reminded us of details such as where to stop for the cable car to have a beautiful view, where the koalas are, and how to line up for photos. Five stars for the driver, Joen, and one star for the tour operator.
