Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If excessive data is consumed in a short period, the carrier reserves the right to restrict usage, which may result in temporary speed throttling or disconnection. It is recommended to turn off automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair access to mobile network services for all users at all times, every carrier has a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to regulate network usage. If a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, affecting other users, the carrier may temporarily throttle the speed. We cannot intervene in this process, and your mobile network may be temporarily affected. To ensure smooth usage, please avoid watching videos or updating software for long periods, as these activities consume large amounts of data.
Please note that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from your carrier.
