    • This is a convenient one-way bicycle rental service where you pick up your bike in front of the Itoshima City Tourist Association, located right in front of JR Chikuzen-Maebaru Station on the JR Kyushu Chikuhi Line, and return it at a designated drop-off point a 10-minute walk from JR Takeshita Station in Fukuoka City. Chikuzen-Maebaru Station is directly connected to the Fukuoka City Subway, allowing for smooth access from the center of Fukuoka City without transfers. You do not need to return the bike to the pickup location, allowing you to enjoy the Itoshima coastline, popular tourist spots, and cafes before heading directly into Fukuoka City. The final destination is a 10-minute walk from JR Takeshita Station. After returning the bike, you can easily travel to hotels or tourist attractions in Fukuoka City by JR. This product supports multi-day bookings, allowing you to use it for 1 day, 2 days and 1 night, 3 days and 2 nights, or other durations to suit your itinerary. A luggage delivery service is available upon request (additional fee applies), allowing you to ride comfortably without carrying your bags. After booking, we will email you the model course information via Ride with GPS. You can freely set your route at your own pace while referring to the model course. This is a self-guided cycling product without a guide.

    Important notes for your tour:

    • - This product is a request booking. Your booking is not confirmed at the time of application. We will confirm the availability of your desired rental period and bicycles, and then inform you of the booking status and price. - The maximum rental period is 5 days. Please provide your desired pickup date, return date, and the number of rental days when applying. - Both road bikes and cross bikes are available in sizes suitable for heights of approximately 150-185 cm. Please provide the height of all participants when applying so we can arrange bicycles of the appropriate size. - Due to limited availability for each size, we may not be able to accept your booking if we cannot secure a bicycle that meets your needs. - Bicycle pickup and return are unmanned, with no face-to-face interaction with staff. Please follow the instructions sent after booking to pick up and return the bike smoothly at the designated location.

    • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
    • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
    • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
    • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
    NOTE
    • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
