- Network Speed: Enjoy unlimited data (throttled to 512kbps) after consuming the specified high-speed data allowance within the service period.
- Day Calculation: The service period begins upon successful activation at the destination, with each 24-hour period counting as one day.
- Calls/SMS: This is a data-only SIM card; voice calls and SMS are not included (supports WhatsApp / LINE, etc., for internet-based calls). It is not suitable for receiving SMS verification codes (OTP) from banks or ticketing platforms. Please ensure you have alternative ways to receive verification codes before departure.
- Hotspot Sharing: Supports network tethering to other devices for reasonable personal use.
- Top-up/Add-on: This product does not support top-ups or add-ons. If you require more data or additional days, please purchase a new eSIM separately.
- Service Expiry: Data service will cease immediately upon the expiration of the service period. Unused data will expire simultaneously and is not eligible for refunds, extensions, or transfers.
- Activation Deadline: The eSIM must be activated within 90 days from the date the QR code is issued. The exact deadline will be specified in the notification sent after purchase. It must be scanned and activated by the specified date; failure to activate within the period will result in automatic expiration, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.
Purchase Notice
- Your device must be connected to a valid Wi-Fi or mobile network when installing the eSIM.
- Please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before scanning the QR code.
- If you install the eSIM in a region not covered by the plan (e.g., installing before departure), your phone may display 'No Service', which is normal. The plan will automatically connect to the network and activate upon arrival at your destination.
- Please enable 'Data Roaming' upon arrival at your destination. If there is no signal, try toggling 'Airplane Mode' to search for the signal again. If the product supports dual networks, you may also try manually selecting another network in your device settings.
- Each QR code can only be scanned and installed once on a single device. Once installed, it is bound to that device and cannot be transferred or moved. Please confirm your device is correct before scanning to install.
- Do not share the QR code or installation link with others. Repeated scanning, cross-device scanning, deleting the eSIM yourself, or using built-in eSIM transfer features (such as iPhone 'Quick Transfer') will invalidate the eSIM and no replacement will be provided.
- This product is subject to a 'Fair Usage Policy'. During the unlimited data period, network resources will be allocated based on actual conditions, and speeds may be adjusted depending on network congestion.
- Actual network speeds are affected by other factors (such as location, time of use, number of users, device, etc.).
- Network service issues can arise from various factors. If you encounter problems, please contact us for assistance during the service period. If a customer reports an issue only after returning to their departure location without any record of contacting us during the service period, the claim may not be accepted due to the inability to verify the issue (unless system records confirm a service issuance error).
- Once sold, this service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where customer service confirms a system issuance error. This includes issues related to 'device incompatibility/carrier lock', 'installation without a stable network', 'repeated/cross-device scanning', or 'failure to activate by the expiry date'.
- If a user deletes the eSIM plan themselves before it expires, or deletes it without confirmation from customer service, our company will not provide a replacement or refund.
