I chose the volcano jeep tour + coffee shop itinerary. I stayed at a hotel in Jimbaran, which was a bit far from the volcano. The driver sent a message via WhatsApp the day before, saying he would depart around 2:30 PM, and he arrived before that time, so there was no need to worry. After being picked up near the volcanic lake, we transferred to jeeps and drove along a rugged mountain road to the sunrise viewing spot – a very adventurous and fun experience. If the weather was good, you could even see the stars along the way. The jeep driver/guide was a great photographer and guided me through taking photos on the roof and back of the jeep. He took many photos for me before dawn, at low light, and at sunrise, showing great care. We also visited a crater in the volcanic rock that was emitting smoke to experience the volcano's temperature. The coffee shop we visited later offered views of the volcanic lake and the volcano, with a lovely atmosphere. We returned to the hotel around noon. Overall, the trip was very smooth, and I saw many beautiful sights – highly recommended!
A driver picked me up right outside the airport, which was incredibly convenient. The driver was also very friendly and polite. 👍
