Regarding Cancellation:
- The tour may be canceled due to poor weather conditions. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation or other costs incurred to reach the site in the event of cancellation.
Notes for participating in the course:
- ・The schedule or content may be changed or canceled due to natural conditions (waves, wind, weather). ・If you are worried about seasickness, please take motion sickness medication 30 minutes to 1 hour before boarding. ・The GoPro photo/video service is provided free of charge; therefore, we cannot provide refunds, discounts, cancellations, or other compensation based on the number of photos/videos, content, image quality, shooting results, or data issues. For those who want to capture plenty of photos and videos, we offer GoPro rentals for an additional fee. You can enjoy taking photos freely by yourself. *Rental quantities are limited, so please book in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
