Reminders
On the day of the performance, please exchange your voucher for a seat ticket at the designated exchange counter starting from the opening time. Please ensure your entire party is present when exchanging.
Seat numbers cannot be specified. Please note that depending on seat availability, it may be difficult to secure consecutive seats for your party.
As this is an outdoor venue, please take necessary measures against inclement weather.

The venue parking lot will not be available during the event. There are no parking lots in the vicinity of the venue, so please use public transportation such as trains or buses. Please refrain from street parking in the neighborhood for pick-ups, as this causes traffic congestion on surrounding roads.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
