Please provide your LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat ID when placing your order so that our customer service team can contact you to confirm your hotel and itinerary arrangements.
Service Areas: Fukuoka, Oita, Saga, Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Yamaguchi, Hiroshima, etc.
Service Content: One-day private day tour, multi-day private tour, etc.
Service Hours: We provide up to 10 hours of private tour service per day, with a distance limit of 300 kilometers. The daily service window is between 7:00 and 20:00.
Pick-up/Drop-off Locations: The default pick-up and drop-off location for this product is Fukuoka City. If you require pick-up or drop-off in cities outside of Fukuoka, an additional empty-run fee will apply. Please consult customer service for specific costs.
Other Fees:
For multi-day tours, if overnight stays outside of Fukuoka are required, a driver accommodation allowance of 6,000 JPY per night applies.
Overtime fee for small vehicles: 5,000 JPY/hour; Overtime fee for large vehicles: 8,000 JPY/hour.
The price of this product includes: Driver service fee, driver meal allowance, and fuel costs.
The price of this product does not include: Expressway tolls, road tolls, parking fees, guest meals, attraction entrance tickets, hotel accommodation, etc.

Do the drivers speak Chinese?
A: Our drivers are Chinese speakers who have lived in Japan for many years and are fluent in both Chinese and Japanese (translation apps are used for English communication). They can also assist with translation if needed.
Can I get picked up in City A and dropped off in City B?
A: Yes. For example, you can be picked up in Fukuoka and dropped off in other cities like Kumamoto. Please note that pick-up/drop-off in cities outside of Fukuoka will incur an additional empty-run fee, and specific costs and service hours may be adjusted. Can I change the departure time or hotel address after placing an order?
A: Yes. Please inform us of any changes to the departure time or hotel address at least one day before departure, and we will make the necessary adjustments.

A: You can freely decide the duration of your stay at each attraction according to your needs and enjoy your trip at your own pace.
