    • Let's have fun making vases or mugs while learning the wisdom and techniques of the Jomon period. This is a Jomon pottery experience where both adults and children can get absorbed in touching clay and making vases or mugs using hemp rope tools that were used in the Jomon period. The finished works will be carefully fired by an instructor who graduated from the Tokyo University of the Arts ceramics department and will be delivered to you at a later date. We have an attached cafe gallery overlooking the Okutama River stream. We will provide a complimentary drink to all participants!

    • Question 1: Parking is limited, so please let us know in advance if you are arriving by car.

    Regarding cancellation:

    • The experience will be cancelled if the JR Ome Line is suspended due to bad weather, or if severe weather is expected.

    Notes for participating in the course:

    • ・If you are more than 1 hour late, you may not be able to participate. ・Children must be accompanied by at least 1 adult (guardian).

    • For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply

    • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
