If you do not provide prior notice and the vehicle is full on the day, the driver has the right to refuse boarding based on safety regulations. If a child under 2 requires a seat, please purchase a full-price ticket and note it in your booking. The ticket price for children aged 3 and above is the same as for adults.
Autumn foliage is subject to temperature and climate conditions; we cannot guarantee peak foliage upon arrival. Hokkaido in autumn has significant temperature differences between day and night, so please bring a warm jacket. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended for walking during the day.
During the peak autumn foliage season (mid-to-late October), there will be many tourists. Please be patient and follow the guide's arrangements.
This is a fixed-route shared group tour. All passengers must cooperate with the stay durations at each attraction as arranged by the guide or driver. To protect the rights of all passengers, late arrivals will be waited for a maximum of 5 minutes, after which the tour will depart. Those who fail to board on time must arrange their own transportation to the next stop to rejoin the group.
Due to uncontrollable factors such as road conditions, weather changes, and holiday crowds, the arrival times and order of attractions may be adjusted. According to Japanese road traffic regulations, commercial vehicles cannot operate for more than 10 hours per day. Please be aware and understand that in the event of force majeure such as Japanese national holidays or sudden traffic congestion, the itinerary may be delayed, attractions shortened, or partially canceled.
During weekends, Japan's Golden Week, or national holidays, severe traffic congestion is highly likely along popular routes. Travel time may be extended by 2 to 5 hours. We strongly recommend that you leave ample buffer time when planning evening activities, restaurant reservations, or transportation transfers.
This tour fee does not include any personal travel insurance or accidental medical insurance. We strongly recommend that passengers purchase relevant insurance before departure. Outdoor attractions and nature sightseeing have specific potential risks; please assess your own physical condition and safety. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
