Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Depending on the sea conditions and weather on the day, we may cancel or modify the tour if we determine that it is not safe to conduct. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you in advance and provide a full refund.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Those who have consumed alcohol, are pregnant, or are feeling unwell are not permitted to participate. Please follow the instructions of the staff and adhere to safety rules. The course content may be changed depending on sea conditions.
Other special notes:
- During the summer months when the days are longer, we may be able to accommodate you at 17:00/18:00 depending on the circumstances.

- Jet ski experience fee, instructor accompaniment, life jacket rental, snorkeling equipment rental, insurance, consumption tax, photo and video shooting service.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 3 to 60 years old
Clothing and belongings: Swimsuit: Please wear it when you come. Towel, sandals, change of clothes, sunscreen, drinks, motion sickness medication if you get seasick easily.
Regarding rental equipment: Free rental of life jackets and snorkel sets (snorkeling plan). All necessary safety equipment is provided free of charge.

* **By Car:** Approximately 60 minutes by car from Naha Airport.
Take the Okinawa Expressway and exit at "Okinawa Kita IC." Take the Kaichu Road and cross the Hamahiga Bridge to reach Hamahiga Beach.
Free parking is available.
Parking: 50 cars, large buses: permitted
* **By Train:** There are no trains in Okinawa Prefecture.
The Yui Rail does not operate to Hamahiga Island, so we recommend coming by rental car or taxi.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
