Unwind in an age-old Japanese setting as you learn the ins-and-outs of the ceremony while savouring a hand whisked matcha green tea.

Next, venture into the kitchen and master the art of preparing two iconic Japanese dishes: sushi and ramen. Utilise only top-notch ingredients to craft your meals from scratch. After relishing your handmade meal, receive a cultural keepsake - a piece of custom hand-drawn calligraphy made by Katsuji himself.
