You can choose between the following options available in the order box:

**Option 1**: Electric Scooter Rental "24-Hour Plan" with complimentary hotel delivery

Enjoy a full day of scooter use with free delivery to hotels within 5km of Kawaguchiko Station or the station’s bike parking. Store pickup is also available. No licence is needed, and you'll receive coordinates and a photo once your scooter is securely locked.

**Option 2:** Electric Scooter Rental "Same-Day Plan" with complimentary delivery to Kawaguchiko Station

Opt for the Same-Day Electric Scooter Rental with free delivery to Kawaguchiko Station. Pick up your scooter from the station’s bike parking or the store and enjoy unlimited use for the day. Return it by evening—no licence required.

Reminders

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Rimo E-Scooter Rental Store. A 3 minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station.(Japan, Yamanashi, Fujikawaguchiko, Funatsu, 3665-2 アルファートライアングル)

  • Accessibility:Only available for guests aged 16 and older

  • Not allowed:Driving on private roads, bike lanes, curbs, and pedestrian-only paths is prohibited

  • Know in advance:If you choose Option 1 with hotel delivery, the rental store staff will contact you via email after booking to arrange the delivery

  • For Option 2 "Same-Day Plan", a minimum of 2 rentals are required

  • If you choose to pickup your scooter at the rental store, business hours are from 9.30am to 6.30pm

  • Please present a valid ID on the day of use

  • The rental store staff speaks English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean

  • Please specify the total number of rentals at checkout

  • Each electric scooter is for single-person use only

  • Reservations may be canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances

  • Limited number of vehicles available
