2-Day Tour of Washington D.C., New York, and Philadelphia (13-person small group)

1. Please ensure you provide accurate flight information or tour location, and valid contact information when booking. You will be solely responsible for any losses incurred due to providing incorrect information.

2. Tour participants must purchase tickets with the tour guide; they cannot bring their own tickets or use City Passes. Entrance fees and meal costs may vary depending on official announcements from the attractions; the prices published by the attractions on the day of the tour will prevail.

3. As required by some hotels, each group of tourists must bring at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination. Guests will need to comply with the hotel's specific regulations regarding card payments for deposit collection and check-in. Room charges during the stay are the responsibility of the guests.

4. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the time spent at each attraction, or the meeting time as appropriate based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip;

5. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), making it impossible to visit, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include only an exterior view or alternative attractions to ensure the richness of the trip.

6. Children under eight years old must use a child safety seat when joining the tour. We provide rental services at $10 per person per day. Please be sure to indicate this in the notes when booking the tour so that we can make preparations in advance. Any violations and fines caused by the guest's failure to inform us in advance will be borne by the guest. Thank you for your understanding.

7. To ensure the smooth and complete completion of the trip, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes have passed since the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting, and this will be considered a voluntary abandonment of the trip, with no refund for the tour fee.

8. According to US federal law, smoking is prohibited on tour buses and in most hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel will professionally collect evidence. If caught smoking, there will be a cleaning fee of at least $250 per night. This fee is borne by the guest and our company will not be responsible. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.
