- We have prepared bench-style box seats (each bench has a capacity of 8 people) in Venue A for spectators.
- The bus will depart after the fireworks display, so you will arrive in Shinjuku early the following morning.

[Nagaoka Festival Grand Fireworks Display]
It is one of Japan's three major fireworks festivals, along with Omagari and Tsuchiura. It is held annually on August 2nd and 3rd in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture. Approximately 20,000 fireworks are launched over two days on the banks of the Shinano River, and the large-scale displays, such as the "Phoenix" which is launched over a length of 2 km, the "Niagara" which cascades down from two bridges, and the "Sanshaku-dama", which boasts the largest size, are breathtaking. The "Phoenix" is launched in the hope of recovery from the Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake that struck the area in 2004. It is a fireworks festival full of emotion and power that captivates many spectators.
[About chartered buses]
- Please refrain from speaking loudly inside the vehicle.
- Your seat assignment will be confirmed on the day of the event. Seating will be arranged in rows of four, with two seats in each row.
- Each person will be assigned one seat. Customers with an odd number of participants may be seated with other guests.
- The return journey will be an overnight trip, but there are no toilet facilities on board, so the bus will operate with rest stops at highway service areas and parking areas approximately every 1.5 to 2 hours.
[Regarding viewing methods]
- The viewing area will be "Area A (right bank) bench-style seating" (capacity of 8 people per bench). These are wooden bench seats set up on the Shinano River riverbed. Tripods are not permitted.
- Please note that the round trip from the chartered bus parking area to the venue will take approximately 30-40 minutes on foot (this may vary depending on congestion). The return trip may take longer than the outbound trip as everyone will begin moving from the venue at the same time.

- The fireworks display will generally proceed regardless of rain. However, the use of umbrellas is prohibited after 5 PM, so we recommend bringing a raincoat.
- To avoid traffic congestion, the arrival time at the venue may be earlier than scheduled. While you wait for the fireworks to begin, the sun may be strong, so please take precautions against the heat, such as bringing a hat, cooling spray, sunscreen, and drinks.
- After the fireworks display ends, visibility will be poor, so it's a good idea to bring a flashlight or something that emits light.
- Bringing your own cushions or seat pads will make the viewing experience more comfortable. Please be sure to take them with you when you leave.

In the event of severe weather, the fireworks competition may be canceled at the discretion of the organizers. If this decision is made before departure from Shinjuku Station West Exit, the tour will be canceled. If no decision is made before departure, the tour will depart as scheduled, and no refund will be given. Please understand this in advance.
The fireworks display will be held even if it rains. Please bring rain gear in case of rain. Umbrellas are not permitted in the viewing area after 5 PM, so please bring a raincoat or a plastic bag to put your belongings in.
Summers are extremely hot, so please take precautions against heatstroke. We recommend bringing a parasol, salt-replenishing candies or tablets, and a cooling towel. The use of parasols for sun protection and heatstroke prevention is permitted until 5 PM.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the fireworks display. Designated smoking areas are available.
