Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Depending on the weather conditions on the day, the tour may be canceled or the content may be slightly modified.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- • The tour will be held with a minimum of 2 participants. • Participants must be 6 years of age or older. • The Urauchi River canoe tour uses sit-on-top canoes. There is a drain hole in the bottom of the boat, so your bottom will get wet. Please be sure to wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet and bring a change of clothes and a bath towel. • In the summer, we will be swimming and standing under a waterfall, so please wear your swimsuit beforehand.
Other special notes:
- *Please request transportation to and from your accommodation by the day before. *A shower room with hot water is available (free of charge).

- Marine boots: 300 yen per pair (sizes 22cm to 28cm)

Please refrain from wearing flip-flops.) • A change of clothes and a towel • A hat • A raincoat for warmth during winter (we also sell simple poncho-type raincoats for 500 yen) • Sunglasses and sunscreen • Insect repellent spray • Dry bag (Your belongings will get wet during the tour, so we lend out waterproof dry bags free of charge.)

* For those arriving by car: If you are arriving by rental car or similar vehicle, please use the free parking lot at the entrance to the pier, which can accommodate approximately 30 cars.
* For those arriving by other means: Transportation to and from the port or your accommodation on the island is available for the following tours: "Subtropical Forest Trekking," "Mariyudu Waterfall and Canoe Trip," "Canoe and Utara Coal Mine Half-Day Course," "Early Morning Cruise & Sagarihana Flowers," and "Utara River Half-Day Canoe Tour." Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
