Questions regarding reservations:

Question 1: All participants are requested to provide their age and weight when making a reservation.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

If the event cannot be held due to bad weather or sea conditions, it will be canceled. If the cancellation is decided the day before, we will contact you directly on your mobile phone or fax your hotel. If the decision is made on the morning of the event, we will contact those taking the first trip at 9:00 AM around 7:00-7:30 AM, and those taking the second trip at 10:00 AM or later around 8:00 AM.

Important notes regarding course participation:

*The menu may be canceled or changed depending on the sea conditions and weather on the day. *Participation is refused to those who have consumed alcohol (strictly prohibited), are feeling unwell, are pregnant or suspected of being pregnant, or have organ diseases. *The staff will decide on the number of passengers (1-4) depending on the waves, wind and weight of the participants on the day. *You may be asked to ride with staff or other guests. *The tour may be canceled or the content changed due to changes in weather, wind, and ocean conditions along the way. *If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to board the boat. Please be sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare. *For cancellations made after 18:00 the day before your reservation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to customer reasons (including no-shows).
