Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event will be held even in rainy weather, but will be canceled in case of severe weather. In the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the venue. Please understand this in advance.

- The price includes the experience fee, guide fee, life jacket, sandals, insurance fee, and sales tax.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 3 to 80 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please wear swimwear or other clothing that can get wet. Because the sun is very strong in Okinawa, we recommend wearing a hat, sunglasses, and a rash guard. Please also bring your own towel.
Regarding rental equipment: Gyosan (non-slip sandals) and life jackets are available for free rental. GoPro and wetsuits are available for rent (for a fee).
Duration comment: The actual experience takes approximately 2 hours.

* **By Car:** Approximately 30 minutes by car from Naha Airport. Approximately 20 minutes from Nishihara IC on the Okinawa Expressway (depending on traffic).
Please park your car in a nearby parking lot.
* **By Other Means:** 7-minute walk from the Convention Center bus stop (Ryukyu Bus No. 99 or 26 from Naha Airport Platform 3).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
