Regarding tour cancellation:

The tour may be cancelled at the last minute at the discretion of the captain or instructor due to worsening weather, poor sea conditions, or vessel/equipment trouble. In the event of cancellation for the above reasons, a refund will be provided. We cannot compensate for transportation expenses or other costs incurred to reach the meeting point.

The representative making the booking must confirm the health status of all participants in advance. For your safety, the captain or instructor may refuse participation at their discretion. If the captain or instructor determines that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to worsening weather, poor sea conditions, vessel/equipment trouble, a participant falling ill, failure to follow instructions, or behavior that disturbs the captain, instructor, or other participants, the tour content may be changed or the tour may be cancelled.

Other special notes:

Pick-up service is not provided. The meeting and dismissal point is at the shop (Marine Shop JINBEI). Marine Shop JINBEI is equipped with restrooms, showers, and a parking lot. As it is a covered facility, it can accommodate Okinawa's sudden rain and strong sunlight. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to board. Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to spare. The method of flight will vary depending on the wind and waves of the day. The number of people guided into the air at once, flight pairings, and flight order will be decided on-site by the captain or instructor with safety as the top priority, based on the day's weather and sea conditions. Please note that we may not be able to meet your specific requests. The GoPro photo and video service is provided free of charge; therefore, we cannot offer refunds, discounts, cancellations, or other compensation due to the number, content, image quality, shooting results, or data malfunctions of the photos and videos. For those who wish to capture many photos and videos, we offer GoPro rentals for an additional fee, allowing you to shoot freely on your own. *Please book in advance as the number of rental units is limited. Cancellations made by the customer (including no-shows) after 18:00 on the day before the scheduled date will incur a 100% cancellation fee. There will be no cancellation fee if the tour is cancelled by us due to worsening weather, poor sea conditions, or vessel/equipment trouble.
