It gathers collections of paintings, graphics, sculpture, fabrics, goldsmiths, militaria, porcelain and furniture. In the original royal chambers you can admire the famous tapestries of King Sigismund Augustus and wonderful Italian Renaissance paintings. Feel the spirit of ancient times as you walk through the courtyard surrounded by magnificent cloisters. Enter the huge Wawel Cathedral and learn more about the customs and rituals associated with Polish monarchs.

Then stroll through Krakow's Old Town, immerse yourself in the medieval charm of its streets, and discover the heart of the city in the bustling Main Square.   • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
