Krakow's Market Square with St. Mary's Basilica and Rynek Underground

Goods from all over the world were sold on the trading floors, enriching Krakow's merchants, the city authorities closely monitored order, the executioner tortured suspects in the dungeons of the city hall, and royal carriages crossed the square to get to the castle on Wawel Hill. Oh, what a time it was...

The most interesting traces of ancient events can still be found on the Market Square, and even more so under the Market Square!
